If you plan to wear a dress or accessory to a specific event, please note the date at checkout, and we'll let you know if it will be possible to meet your deadline. We try to deliver two days before an event in case your dress needs to be altered.
Unless noted as in stock, most items are made to order and will go out approximately two weeks from the order date. If you have ordered multiple items and some are made to order, we will wait to ship the entire order together. We ship Mondays and Thursdays only. Standard US shipping is always free via UPS Ground (1-5 days depending on distance from NYC) unless rush processing is selected, in which case we'll prioritize your piece in our sewing house's queue and ship it in under a week via UPS 2-day.
International orders are shipped via UPS Saver and typically take 3-6 business days. If rush shipping is selected, your order will be shipped via UPS International Priority, which takes 2 days to most of the world. Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities; please check your local customs website for more information.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
In the event that your item doesn't fit as desired, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fit issue, and we'll be happy to advise you on any needed alterations or exchange your item for another size. For items that are cut and sewn to order, we offer exchanges or store credit for items returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition, so please ask any questions before placing your order. For full-priced items marked "In stock now", we can offer an exchange or refund, minus a 10% restocking fee and our outbound shipping and handling cost, again on items returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition. All discounted items are final sale.
If you wish to exchange or return your piece, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return to request a return authorization number before shipping it back. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for unapproved returns.
We take pride in our high quality and guarantee all of our work against manufacturing defects. If any issue slips past our quality control, please let us know as soon as you discover it, and we will do our best within reason to remedy the situation. Our designs are carefully crafted to be worn for years; when they do eventually wear out, please let us know and we'll be happy to repair your piece or exchange it towards a new one.
