SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Unless noted as in stock, most items are made to order and will go out approximately two weeks from the order date. We ship Mondays and Thursdays only; all domestic orders are shipped from New York City via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, while international orders are shipped via UPS Saver. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your piece ships.

All pricing is in US dollars. Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities; please check your local customs website for more information. 

If you plan to wear a dress or accessory to a specific event, please send a note with your order noting the date you need it by, and we'll let you know if it will be possible to meet your deadline. 

 

RETURNS + GUARANTEE

Many of our items are cut and sewn to order and can only be returned in original, unworn condition, within 14 days, for exchange or store credit only. For items marked "In stock now", we can offer an exchange or refund, minus our outbound shipping and handling cost, again on items returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition. If you would like to exchange your piece, please contact us before shipping it back; we are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for unapproved returns.

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects and check the quality of each item before it goes out; if any defect slips past our quality control, please let us know as soon as you discover it, and we will do all we can within reason to remedy the situation. When our items do eventually wear out, please let us know and we'll be happy to repair your piece or exchange it towards a new one.

 

 

FIT + SIZING

We adhere to standard designer sizing except through the shoulders and sleeves, which we like to keep long and slim. If you are ordering a jacket and wish to layer it over bulky clothing, we recommend sizing up.

Bias dresses are cut long as it's easier to shorten than to lengthen them; if your dress needs to be hemmed, please take it to a professional tailor along with the shoes you plan to wear with it, and ask them to mark the hem for you and stitch a baby hem at the appropriate length.

Because many of our dresses are backless, many of our clients like to wear a petal or strapless bra underneath; we recommend the options at Manhattan Wardrobe Supply.

CUSTOM + BRIDAL

We offer several levels of personalization for our garments, from hem length adjustments to made-to-measure dresses to natural dyeing in your choice of colors. All custom work is priced fairly based on the level of complexity, time and labor required, and materials.
