We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Standard US shipping is always free via UPS Ground (1–5 days depending on distance from Los Angeles); if you need faster shipping, please select Rush and we will ship via UPS 2-Day.
International orders are shipped via UPS Global Saver for a $50 charge, and take 2–5 business days to most parts of the world. Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities; please check your local customs website for more information.
Items not noted as in stock are made to order, and will go out approximately two to four weeks from the order date. If you have ordered multiple items and some are made to order, we will wait to ship the entire order together unless you request otherwise.
If you plan to wear a made-to-order dress or accessory to a specific event, please note the date at checkout. We aim to deliver at least two days before an event in case your dress needs to be altered.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
In the event that your item doesn't fit as desired, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fit issue, and we'll be happy to advise you on any needed alterations or exchange your item for another size.
- All discounted items are final sale.
- For full-priced items marked "In stock now", we offer an exchange or refund, less a 10% restocking fee and our shipping and handling costs.
- For items that have been cut and sewn to order, we offer exchanges only.
Should you wish to exchange or return your piece, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return to request a return authorization number.
All returns must be preapproved and must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, with items in original, unworn condition and with all original packaging. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for items received late, damaged, worn, or without preapproval.
